Martha Washington Colonial Woman Adult Costume
This is a nice, flattering costume fit for Martha Washington. A lovely jacket/top out of navy pinstripe with a neat little peplum flaring out at the waist. Front closure adorned with black bows. And wide gathered white lace at the elbows on the full puffed sleeves. White lace trim also at the square neckline. The skirt is black and full and long. Wear this ladies colonial costume with our black lace-up Amelia boots. And you have a lovely, lovely costume.

This costume is totally representative of what women were wearing in the mid-1700s. It’s a beautiful costume in black with a top and attached peplum (which I just love) trimmed out in gold (very authentic styling). And wide white lace trim gathered on the bottom of the sleeves. Also trimmed in white lace on the squarish neckline. The skirt is full and satiny, as is typical of that period. Add your own black shoes or the black lace-up Amelia boots.

I just had to show you the boots because they’re so, so cool. They don’t really lace up to get into them, there’s a side zipper (thank goodness). But there’s a one inch sculptured heel.
